On the eve of the 20th anniversary of FUSEE—Firefighters United for Safety, Ethics, and Ecology—we sat down with Timothy Ingalsbee, Executive Director of the nonprofit, to explore his personal journey from fighting wildfires to championing a transformative approach to fire management and science communication.
